Are insludes on the rates
All flats, elegantly furnished, in addition to the guest rooms, are structured with functional living room, large kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, free availability of hot and cold drinks. The apartments arrange several large terraces-solarium equipped with garden furniture. Rooms are provided with hairdryer and safe, and TV with digital and satellite italian and foreign channels (Astra 28 °).
Everywhere (even in gardens and terraces) the service is provided free of ADSL WI. FI. for laptops for guests. Available printers and fax machines.
Private garages are available in all three structures. In addition, a parking area and
a public garden. Near the structures there are two hypermarkets (opening times: 9-21 every day), with availability of international newspapers, bar, tobacco shop, laundry. A few meters far some restaurants. At about 300 m. railway station, bus and taxi. The city provides all kinds of restaurants.
